Worse Is Better for Ambient Sensing

Chris Wren and myself recently wrote a paper investigating ethics in the context of ambient intelligence. We applied the dimensional metaethics framework to an example and did a survey concerning how people view infrared motion detectors and pan-tilt-zoom cameras.
